Complaints procedure

If at any point you are disappointed with my service, you should inform me immediately, so that I can address and hopefully resolve any issue or problem.

If you would like to proceed with a formal complaint, then please follow the following complaints procedure:

Email me at clive@settlementagreementexpert.co.uk marking your email with the heading ‘Complaint’ followed by listing in numbered format each element of your complaint with reasons and how you wish this to be resolved.

I  will acknowledge your complaint , fully investigate it and provide my response within 7 working days.

If your complaint is not resolved

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint , the Legal Ombudsman service can help you.

They will look at your complaint independently and provide a determination on their findings.

The Legal Ombudsman service will want to know that you have tried to resolve your complaint with me after which you can proceed to raise your complaint or concerns with them . Legal Ombudsman.
